Using the Ubisense Documentation Portal
Parts of the Ubisense documentation set are password protected. If you need to set up a user ID and password to log in, or if you are having difficulty accessing the documentation you need, the following FAQs should answer any questions you have.
I want to read the SmartSpace documentation for partners or Ubisense staff. How do I get a user ID and password?
If you have not already been emailed an invitation to sign up to the website, please send a request to access the secure websites.
I have a user ID and password. How do I log in?
Click on Partner Pages or Ubisense Pages and type in your MadCap ID and password.
I can't log in to part of the site or a specific document. Why?
You may not have permission to access this information. Try logging on to a different set of pages.
If you still cannot log in, contact us.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click the Forgot password link in the MadCap ID dialog. Enter the email you use for this account and click Request Reset. You will receive an email from MadCap Central with a link to allow you to choose a new password.
